Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Vinh Long Branch (hereinafter BIDV Vinh Long) hereby announces the selection of auction organization to sell the following assets:

1. The debt to be sold in the auction The debts: All the capital, interest and fee (if any) of Phu An Vinh Long Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company debited at BIDV Vinh Long. The starting price for the given auction includes the capital, overdue interest and fee (if any). The starting price temporarily defined on August 31, 2019 is 48.682.845.785 VND. The assets that guarantee the debt include all the assets mortgaged by Phu An Vinh Long Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company at BIDV Vinh Long (See appendixes herewith). 2. Deadline for application submission: The time-limit for direct submitting is 7 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Vinh Long within 9 days starting from the date of notice). 3. Selection criteria: - Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance. - The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents. - Low cost, quick procedure. -  Other criteria as requested by the Branch 5. Registration dossier includes: - Legal documents of Appraisal Organization.. - A description of competence and experience. - Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any). * Note: - Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. - BIDV Vinh Longshall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful.
